User Agreement
Terms governing access and use of Cention's websites and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cention's websites, applications, or related internet properties (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Site.
If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to this Agreement.
2. Description of Services
Cention provides a customer service platform and related services. The Site provides information about our services, allows you to request demonstrations, and provides access to our platform for registered users.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the Site require registration. When you register, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
- Use automated tools to access the Site without permission
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harvest or collect information about other users
- Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

You may not:

- Remove copyright or proprietary notices from Content
- Create derivative works based on Content

6. User Content
If you submit content to the Site (such as feedback or comments), you grant Cention a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our services.
You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Cention does not endorse or control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CENTION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Cention does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Cention's total liability for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cention in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cention and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.
12. Modifications
Cention may modify this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified via the Site or email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Termination
Cention may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless otherwise agreed.
15. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Site.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
- Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without Cention's consent.
