How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to create a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I use Cention on mobile devices?

Yes! Cention is fully responsive and works on tablets and smartphones. We also offer mobile apps for iOS and Android for agents on the go.

How many agents can I add to my account?

The number of agents depends on your plan. Starter includes 3 agents, Pro includes 10, and Enterprise has unlimited agents. You can add more agents by upgrading your plan.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Cention uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. See our Security Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export errands, reports, and customer data at any time. Go to Settings → Export or use our Export API for automated exports.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account will remain active until the end of your billing period. You can reactivate anytime.
