About Subprocessors
Cention engages certain third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to assist in providing our services. Each Subprocessor is bound by data protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Addendum and applicable data protection laws.

Note: AI services are opt-in features. Customers who do not enable AI features will not have data processed by AI subprocessors. Customer data is not used to train AI models.

Data Processing Locations
We offer the following data residency options:
- European Union - Data stored in Stockholm (Sweden) or Ireland
- United States - Data stored in Virginia or Northern California
- Asia-Pacific - Data stored in Singapore or Sydney
Customers select their preferred data region during onboarding. Data does not leave the selected region without explicit consent.
Changes to Subprocessors
We will notify customers at least 30 days before engaging a new subprocessor. Notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.

Objections to Subprocessors
If you have a legitimate objection to a new subprocessor based on data protection concerns, you may notify us within 30 days of receiving notice. We will work in good faith to address your concerns or provide an alternative solution.
